This 1 hr 45min beginners Yoga & Meditation workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of Yoga and teach you the basics of some of the fundamental postures.
There will be an introduction to Yoga and to the workshop, followed by a warm up, yoga basics and some yoga flow (linking the postures together) followed by a guided relaxation and meditation to finish.
The class starts promptly at 4.15pm, doors open from 4pm please arrive on time. The class will finish by 6pm and we’ll allow time for any questions and to chat with other partcipants.
You will hopefully leave with a sense of space in your body, with calmness and clarity in your mind.
Spaces limited to 8 people, so book early to avoid dissapointment.
Early bird tickets available for £17 until 28th Feb
Tickets cost £20 thereafter, drop in will not be possible.
