February is known as the month of love but there is nothing more important than the love you give yourself.
This full day immersion will explore yoga as a tool for self care and healthy eating as a way of life. On this day we will come together onto our mats to practise a 60 minute vinyasa flow based around postures which promote and simulate self care followed by relaxation with tips to take the practise home with you.
After yoga we will convene for a healthy and nutritious three course brunch. At the start of each course our resident chef will talk you through how to make each of the simple but delicious courses so you can recreate at home.
We will conclude with a bliss ball making workshop! Learn how to make our favourite recipe at home. After a demonstration which includes and explanation of the health benefits of each ingredients, you can get stuck in and make your own to take home with you!
This is more than just an enjoyable day – you will learn tips and tricks you can continue to use at home.
