This 4 Week Course Is Beneficial For Those New To Yoga And Will Enable You To Get A Better Understanding Of Two Of The Key Principles In Yoga – Asana (Postures) And Pranayama (Breath Control).

Who Is This For?

Those Brand New To Yoga Or Current Students Looking To Refresh Their Knowledge.

We Will Take Our Time To Analyse The Set Up And Alignment In Each Pose. There Will Be Plenty Of Time To Talk About The Poses And Ask Questions Which You May Not Feel Comfortable Doing In A Class Setting.

When Is It Planned For?

The Course Will Take Place Over 4 Weeks In March And We Ask That Students Commit To The Whole Course. If You Cannot Attend One Of The Dates Please Get In Touch.
The Course Will Be On All 4 Thursdays In March ( 7th, 14th, 21st And 28th)

How Much It Is?

The 4 Week Course Is £40 Payable In Advance, And Will Run With A Minimum Of 8 Students.

How Long Is It?
Each Class Is 1 Hour Long, 7.30pm To 8.30pm On Thursdays

In The Dance Studio At St Paul’s Academy School In Abbey Wood, Free Secure Parking Is Available

Who Will Run The Class?
This 4 Week Course Will Be Lead By Katie Earwaker Of Shine Yoga.

With A Personal Practice Rooted In Ashtanga Vinyasa, Katie Graduated From Yoga London Having Completed The Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Teacher Training Program.

In Her Classes Katie Guides You Through Your Practice With A Combination Of Calmness, Clarity And Strength. She Believes That Yoga Is A Very Personal Experience And Will Help Students Discover A Practice That Will Best Serve Them As Individuals While Honoring Their Bodies And Working At Their Own Level.
