Escape the cold this December by joining us for a day of yoga, meditation and healthy food.

We will start the morning off by all coming together onto our mats for 75 minutes of vinyasa yoga which will leave you feeling hot and energised from the inside out. The class will finish with well deserved deep relaxation and meditation.

After yoga indulge into a nourishing three course brunch to refuel you for the rest of your Sunday! Think oat groat almond milk porridge bowls, smashed avocado toast, and dairy free, gluten free chocolate brownies!
