We are inviting you to join Jessica in our Shoreditch store to share a tailored yoga class with cyclists in mind. This will be an open level welcoming yoga class. A simple introduction to yoga with a routine of stretches and breath work that we believe will help to open your hips and release the tension that builds up in the back and hamstrings from cycling.
Jessica is a Yoga teacher and Osteopath and has been teaching for 5 years – so you’re in safe hands.
The class will start at 7.30pm so please come 5 minutes early to roll out your mats. We don’t have changing facilities so come ready for the class in comfortable clothing. The class will run for 60 minutes.
This is a monthly yoga classes aimed at cyclists taking place on the first Thursday of every month.
