Swoove is an hour long, intense cardio work out that incorporates wrist and ankle weights. The class is always buzzing with positivity and great motivation from the instructor and clients as you have the option to sing along to the tracks during the work out which helps burn more calories. And you can burn up to 1000 calories in one class!!
The class runs every Saturday and is currently in Camden at The Academy studios at 11am but this may soon change so keep you eyes peeled for the latest updates and special offers.
