Sweat Bootcamp packages
Our workouts are 45 minutes and are based on multi-planar training & high-intensity interval training which is very effective for fat burning and cardiovascular fitness as well as building muscle definition and mobility.
The structured sessions are all different and are designed to give you a more effective session, to ensure you hit all muscle groups.
