A meridian Yin Yoga experience and following the Spring Equinox March 20th, this is a time for renewal and growth.

Spring corresponds with the wood element (The Five Element Chinese Theory); having been nourished by the water element of winter, wood can now emerge and grow. We will be nourishing this wood energy by practicing yin yoga postures to stimulate the liver and gallbladder meridians, which are the organs associated with the wood element.

A wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with YOU, this is the ultimate self-care practice in 2019 including breathwork, mindfulness and yin yoga bringing balance and wellbeing to your inner self ready for SPRING.

What to expect?

Introduction to Yin yoga

Grounding – with breathwork and meditation

Yin yoga postures – all floor-based held between 3-5 mins

Relaxation with calming incense, music and hygge lighting.

Everyone is welcome, it is suitable for all levels and wear comfortable clothing.

Please arrive 15 mins before the session start time.

Mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided although please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

The venue is located across the road from Turnham Green Station (district line)
