This mini-retreat will help us release tension, relax and calm, as we centre the body and mind through 2 amazing hours of yin yoga, meditation and deeply soothing breathing techniques. Candles will help to light the space as you deeply relax.
Yin yoga is deeply relaxing and restorative. The postures are designed to allow you to release and let go, creating greater flexibility in muscles and connective tissues. The evening is open to all levels. We will finish off with a range of herbal teas, to see you into your evening, and the week ahead. Mats provided.
