You’ll be offering yourself the extended time and space to support your body using bolsters,
blankets and props so that it’s cocooned and held in comfortable adapted yoga positions which gently invites the body to open.
Yoga Nidra (sleep) is the guided relaxation and takes your mind to a place between being awake and asleep. It feels like having had a full overhaul! A refreshing tonic overall that washes the debris and effects of pressure and exertion.
Ideal for people of all ages particularly those who are studying, working too hard, traveling, carers,
parents, recovering from illness, injury, grieving, depressed, anxious or have trouble sleeping.
Please wear loose comfortable, warm clothing. Limited to 14 students.
