There is an ever growing body of scientific evidence demonstrating that regular physical excercise lowers the risk of many diseases and improves health. 5. Fulham Reach Boat Club

We are now open for bookings for our Junior Summer Courses, for Year 9 + (ages 13-14 years plus). The summer courses start in late July, running for a week each, and are for both complete beginners and for those with previous sculling experience who want to develop their technique and boat handling skills – Improvers. We also hold a BBQ on the Friday to mark the end of each course for the Juniors and their Parents.
