The martial art of Judo is a great way to learn self-defense techniques, get a great workout, and lower everyday stress levels. Judo is a form of martial arts that involves the use of certain holds, throws and locks. When you spar with your opponent in Judo, there will be a lot of grappling and controlled movements. Unlike other martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do and Karate, there are no kicks or punches in Judo.
