Pilates is a system of mind-body exercises that teach body awareness, good posture and movement that flows with ease. Pilates works on building core strength for a stronger, healthy back and body. While practicing Pilates your mind is trained you develop an awareness that brings focus to your body and posture. On this workshop I take you through the very best mobility, strength and stretch exercises. You have time to make notes on your ability to perform and then we devise goals for the following months. Pilates if for life not just for January……… Part of this workshop includes a recorded home workout. So you can fulfil you Pilates fix whenever you need. Pilates addiction is real!
