My name is Amona, I am 31 years old, I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
I specialise on aerobic fitness as well as functional training, toning, muscle gain, weight loss, nutrition advice, TRX training, Kettlebells and dance fitness.

I teach a weekly aerobics class called Cheerobics at Soho Gyms Waterloo.
For Soho Gyms clubs across London I cover Zumba and Cycle classes. Find regular updates on my Facebook page.

I offer private Zumba classes, nutrition advice and personal training sessions.
My passion is travelling, food, and to never stop learning!
