5. Parkour Dance
Parkour Dance Youth Academy is South West London’s only Parkour / Freerunning school for young people.
It is a school of movement that fuses parkour and dance for training and performance purposes. The academy is open to all ages and abilities from 10:30am-12:30pm every Saturday. The classes are divided by age 6-11years and 12-19years. The academy is based in Brentford at Watermans Theatre.
