Each session lasts for 45 mins and will include a 5 minute warm up, 35 minutes of cardio and strength training, and a 5 minute cool down with stretches. The group is of around 15 people per instructor – so we welcome anyone from fitness rookies to exercise veterans to give it a go!
Taking part at an outdoor bootcamp is a sociable and fun way to exercise. You’ll get fit, breathe in some fresh air and meet new people into the bargain. Please note this session will take place in any weather.
