New to Yoga? No worries.
The afternoon workshop will give you the opportunity to experience two types of yoga plus a deep guided relaxation.
We will begin with a Hatha Yoga flow to stretch out the body ready for an energetic session based on the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
A gentle postural yoga style with a strong focus on using gravity and deep breathing techniques to allow you to release tension in the body and mind. Warming up the spine, releasing tension in the upper back and shoulders, and stretching out the entire body allowing you to relax more deeply into a pose.
Focusing on shaking up any stuck energy to detoxify body and mind so you to feel re-energised and renewed. You’ll connect the movement of your body with your breath, closing your eyes to free you from any deeply held physical and mental tension; moving into the new year with clarity.
The afternoon will finish with a guided deep relaxation with gentle moves and visualisation to calm an residual energy.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, rejuvenated and refreshed.
You’ll receive your own copy of a 10-minute Hatha Yoga flow based on what we’ve done in this workshop so you can continue your practice at home when you need to.
