4. NYCD Boldest Football
The New York City Department of Correction football team was started in 1996. In an effort to be comparable to the other city agency teams, who’s nicknames all represent solid characteristics such as NY’s Finest, NY’s Bravest & NY’s Strongest, “NY’s Boldest Football” was born.
Games are played at multiple locations.

FDNY Bravest is a semi-pro football team comprised of members of the New York City Fire Deartment. The team plays in a league comprised of 27 public service departments from around the country raising money for various charities

10. Long Island Panthers
The primary goal of The Long Island Panthers is quite simple, to give players a chance to chase their dreams of playing football at a higher level. Since the inception of the Long Island Panthers we have had several players move up to Arena Leagues.
Further, it is also very important for us to make a difference to the community, and those less fortunate. By holding various charity events and fund-raisers, as well as helping several charitable organizations we have been helping the less fortunate of Long Island.
