WHY FAMILY YOGA
Family yoga is a playful activity to share fun, quality time together and relax through exploring mindful poses, stories, joyful sequences and acroyoga.
Children learn to regulate emotions and they enjoy seeing their loved ones relaxed and having fun. Adults can be present and reconnect with their children and their own inner child.
Each workshop introduces breathing, asana (yoga poses), meditation and relaxation techniques in fun and accessible ways.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME
Each month we will have a weekend family yoga workshop for parents and children aged 4 and up. Everyone is welcome to join, including grandparents and carers; we are always happy to see three generations in a class!

ABOUT AMY VAUGHAN
Amy is a smiley wellbeing enthusiast with over twelve years’ experience working as a teacher in schools. She is a qualified children, teen and family yoga teacher. She combines two passions: yoga and the development of young people to create ‘Yoga Seedlings’.
