This is a 2 hr swimming masterclass directed by Level 3 Total Immersion Coaches Penny Wilkin.
This session is a aimed at swimmers who have completed a Total Immersion Effortless Endurance Workshop or who have had some tuition from a qualified Total Immersion Coach.
During this workshop we will recap the key principles of front crawl. This will include good posture for front crawl, arm position, how to remain streamlined while swimming, and a re-cap of the breathing sequence.
We will also include video analysis so you can see how you have progressed and learn precisely what you need to do to improve.
