The goals of the Endurance WOD are to help you build your aerobic capacity and become more while improving your overall ability to do work.
There will be sessions that focus on building your VO2 Max (think lower volume, higher intensity and longer rest periods). Others will focus on building your aerobic threshold (think more moderate intensity, time on your feet and improving your aerobic endurance). A third group will focus on lactate threshold (think higher volume, longer intervals at higher ârelativeâ intensities where you will have less rest between reps and sets).
