Every year one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. In addition to this, many are also hit with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) over winter when our body’s natural body clock is disrupted by a lack of sunshine and shorter days.
Meditative practices, such as yoga, can help improve symptoms in people suffering with depression and anxiety. In addition, Mind UK works tirelessly to provide information, advice and face-to-face support for those experiencing a mental health problem.
Sunday 10th February, Nickie will guide you through a 75minute vinyasa flow class. We will flow for 60-minutes and then delve into a relaxation for the last 15minutes of the class.
All levels are welcome.
Please note, as this class does not take place in a studio you are required to bring your own mat.
All proceeds from this class will be donated to Mind UK.
