What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga draws from the alignment and techniques of yoga, using a low hanging, wide Aerial Sling to aid in moving through traditional yoga postures. The Yoga Hammock helps to decompress the spine and mitigate joint stress in the body. The weightless aspect of these classes allows you to access a wider range of movement, flowing through poses that would otherwise be restricted.
Each workshop is different with some progression and connection to previous ones if you joined in the past.
Don’t miss the opportunity of exploring this unique use of hummock and fabrick while moving with the flow – sign up now!
Workshop opened to all levels. Places are limited!
We look forward to seeing you there!
