4th Quarter Workout (4QW) is the first unisex outdoor group workout that uses American Football to get you Stronger, Leaner and Fitter. The class incorporates and adapts moves often found in an American football strength & conditioning gym to give you a flavour of the training football players undergo to be considered among the best athletes on the planet. There are 4 rounds of exercise that are intense and aimed at you burning calories throughout the session.
